Cooking class program:
A 3-hour hands on cooking class. Students will learn the secrets of Sienese cooking by realizing typical recipes under the guide of the teacher, eating the fruit of their labour during the lesson.
Our Menus are seasonal so they may vary during the season; however the classic one we propose is the following one:
Rivolti with sheep cheese of Pienza
Tagliatelle with Chianina meat white sauce
Apple pie with extra virgin olive oil and vanilla sauce
Ricciarelli di Siena
availability is given following to a specific request since courses are open to a very limited number of participants
