Cooking class program:
A 3-hour hands on cooking class. Students will learn the secrets of Roman cooking by realizing typical recipes under the guide of the teacher, eating the fruit of their labour during the lesson.
They will learn how to make crispy fried courgettes, home-made fresh pasta, the school version of pasta frolla (every family has its own) and a tasty seasonal second course.
They will bring home the school apron and the class recipes, to recreate the magic of Italian cooking whenever they wish. Tips on how to realize recipes with similar products will be given during the lesson.
